A grape vine which originates from the prestigious Bordeaux region but which expresses itself well in the higher Trevigian ground. The accurate choice of grapes have permitted Perlage to obtain this organic wine which is reminiscent of the intensity of forest fruits and the elegance of its origins.It is ruby red in colour with grainy reflections. Its perfume is intense winey and alcoholic. It has a dry, lightly herby, delicately bitter and harmonious flavour.
