This cuvée of grapes from different vintages and varieties, skilfully located in seven Franciacorta municipalities, is the result of soft pressing. The generous sparkle, acidity and straw yellow colour with greenish nuances, anticipate the pleasurable hints
of fresh fruit and floral notes.
Fermentation: minimum 24 months on the yeasts
